We’re  very proud of all the accomplishments Art on Alberta has made in the past few years.  We want to let you know that although it may seem a little quiet around here for the next few months, things are happening.  Art on Alberta is honored to have been invited to participate in RACC’s Community Leadership Program under the guidance of national arts nonprofit consultant George Thorn.  We are excited to take a good look at our little arts organization and refine our focus so we can better serve both the capabilities of our all-volunteer board, as well as the needs of this ever-changing community.  Check back this fall when we will unveil our new strategy to serve this neighborhood through art and educational activities.

Many of you [...]]]> It was such a pleasure to be a proud partner of Portland Art in Hand, creators of the all-Portland artist playing card deck! During the month of May we worked with Portland Art in Hand to sell decks and to display the original artwork from the deck during Art Hop weekend.

Many of you purchased decks via Art on Alberta at Art Hop &  via our website- THANK YOU! Your purchase helped support a great project and a proceed each sale was donated to Art on Alberta.
